Beginner Frost Mage PVP Build

Hi everyone, I'm generally new to this game and this is the first time I decided to use a Mage. When you make a character you have all this gear to choose from and also jewels and enchants. So I want to ask the Mage pros coming from a noob (myself) a series a question, if I wanted to make a frost Mage, would I pretty much learn every frost talent in my tree? Also what stats should I focus on? What enchants and jewels (most importantly) should I focus on? What items (weapons) should I get as well? I can never find a good guide online that's 2.4.3 but I truly appreciate any help, thanks.

gear for haste, spec up to improved counterspell in arcane and dump the rest in the frost

use a merc staff aswell. and go all pvp gear. you don't need t6 bonus (OOOH EVO) yea no.

Gem all spell haste into your sockets. Get the boots, belt, bracers of the tempest(t6) because it will increase your spell haste more. As far as enchants go use the ones that give you spell damage.
