What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE) Spell

How can you reproduce it? Get someone to hit you with Molten armor on

Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: Ignite shouldnt proc Ignite as of Patch 2.3.0
