Mass Dispel does not dispell banish.

What is the bug?
Mass Dispell does not dispell friendly players being Banished.

What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)
Spell.

How can you reproduce it?
Have a enemy warlock banish a friendly player (druid), cast mass dispell.

Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
The banished target shall be dispelled from the banish spell.

Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
Mass dispell does nothing.

Read comment 39 from 2.3.3, One more thing to add: Mass Dispel can get rid of Banish on allies.
Please take note that mass dispell shall NOT dispell DI.
