What is the bug?

Orb of Command does not teleport player to Blackwing Lair upon clicking. (requires completed Blackhand's Command quest)

What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)

Spell.

How can you reproduce it?

Complete quest Blackhand's Command, get into a raid group and click the Orb. It does not teleport you to Blackwing Lair.

You should be teleported to Blackwing Lair.

You should be teleported to Blackwing Lair but nothing happens.
