What is the bug?
Deadly throw's kick effect go off when projectile/throw reach the target. (it should be instant, dont need the throw to touch target).
What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)
Rogue bug.
How can you reproduce it?
Take a rogue with pvp gloves, duel a caster, get distance from your target, wait a cast and use deadly throw to see that it kicks cast when throw reach the enemy.
Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
Deadly throw's kick effect should be instant : When you push the button the target's cast is broken instant, you don't have to wait the projectile to reach target. (but it does damages when throw touch the target)
Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
Deadly throw's kick effect isn't instant, target's cast breaks when throw touch it.
Evidence providing proof of bug:
How it should works :

Clearly see the cast breaks before the throw touch target and does damages.

Re: Deadly throw (pvp gloves kick)
Deadly Throw's interrupt effect works as intended mate.
The projectile must hit the target for the interrupt to kick in, thus distance will matter. Since you have the 1% miss chance in TBC, you can't have a spell calculated into 2 parts. If it worked the way you suggest, it would have 1% miss for the interrupt and 1% miss for the damage.
The movie is also a poor example. Because you can't see the icon and secondly the paladin is very close.
The thing that seperates DT to a normal throw is that DTs speed is faster, but it still has a "travel time" although it is extremely fast.
