Healings are overpowered

What is the bug?
There are some healing spells which heal more than usually. As far as I know it just happens on lifebloom, rejuvenation and swiftmend (which heals 6k or so)
What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)

It heals more than normally
