Small issue with Regeneration Racial

What is the bug?
Troll Regeneration Racial does not benefit from 10% extra health regeneration after spirit nor 10% health regeneration during combat. The spirit forumla for HP2S also seems to be broken. It also has no +bonus like on druids for example, my guess it is around 7-8. (I shall try to find proof for it).

How can you reproduce it?
You need to create a troll (preferably priest), then check the HP2S (Health per 2 seconds) while naked (For me it was 15/2sec and 2/2sec during combat ( 1,5 is rounded up)). Then you need to equip some spirit gear (I prefer enough to reach 500) and then check the same effects. The formula for HP2S is "Spirit x 0,10" for priests (Link with formula: http://www.wowwiki.com/Health_regeneration ) and so the HP2S outside of combat shall be 500x0,10=50x1,10 (racial) and 55x0,10 = 5,5 (rounded up to 6) during combat.

Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
The spirit shall make difference and the formula needs to be corrected. It is also supposed to have a + effect.

Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
It simply does not increase the overall health gain and also does not gain any effect from the spirit during combat.

Evidence providing proof of bug:
I can provide multiple screenshots of this bug but I believe a fraps would be best, yet I have no access to that atm. It shall be easy to see though.

Values are taken from gtRegenHPPerSpt.dbc, extracted from the 2.4.3 client. Values are 100% correct, also the aura is working correctly and adding 10% regen to noncombat and combat regeneration.
