DOTS/Curses after bg

First of all im not sure if it's a bug, tho i would like for this issue to get fixed :D

What is the bug?
DoTs/Curses stay when the bg finishes.

What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)
Class,spell.

How can you reproduce it?
Get DoTed and Cursed when the bg is near the end and the effects will persist when the bg is over.

Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
Since all of your buffs get removed while changing talents it would be nice for the removal of the "bad" buffs while the bg is over to be a reality.

Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
The DoTs/Curses stay on you after the bg and you might die ( very annoying ) and some curses have longer fade time.
