What is the bug?
Players cast bars randomly disappear when they are casting spells.
What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)

How can you reproduce it?
Not sure
Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
It is not supposed to disappear midcast.
Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
When your target or focus is casting a spell, randomly during the cast the cast bar will disappear and you won't know how much time is left of the cast.
