Ritual of Souls is sometimes unusable when entering arena
What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)

How can you reproduce it?
It seems to be random/haven't found cause
Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
It's not supposed to be usable
Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
Not sure
Evidence providing proof of bug:
not needed
(quick fix is to let you trade with people of other factions in arena, since right now it is not possible, so I can't manually give them healthstones)
