What is the bug?

How can you reproduce it?
Equip the totem and you wont gain any mp5s.

Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
It needs to grants an additional 27 mana each time it triggers and an additional 2 mana per 5 sec when water shield is active.

Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:

The totem isn't giving the mp5s as it should.
