Seal Twisting is still not working. Sorry for bring it back. But I guess it's not just the delay of one spell. The timing of both seal of blood and seal of command might be resigned. Please make sure it really is working before closing the topic.

What is the bug?
Seal Twisting mechanic don't work anymore

What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)
Game Mechanics.

How can you reproduce it?
Switching seals between Seal of command and seal of blood at the right timing.

Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
Seal of blood should proc with the dmg of seal of command after the white dmg.

Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
No dmg from seal of blood.

Evidence providing proof of bug:
I was the one who helped Exsurgo testing the timing of Seal Twisting on the GM test server about half year ago. The proof right now, is that it won't work anymore. And still not working.

It is working I tested it, but it's not live.
