Fear, Blind, Roots & some other ccs

Those ccs are broken with 5 damage or less.
Today, I was playing RD and I faced WD, I rooted warrior (I had throns buff) and it broke. Same with fear, etc.
Also I was playing DPR and I blinded someone and blinded got broken by reflect shield talent.

Tested with Warlock's fear - Confirmed.

    Undead Warlock - Horrorfever
    Undead Priest - Detective
    Tauren Druid - Quasimoodru
    Human Paladin - Unstobubble
