Charge rage generation

What is the bug?
When a warrior uses Charge at the same time as a debuff is applied, the Charge wont generate any rage as it's supposed to.


Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)
A spell issue.


How can you reproduce it?
Have a debuff applied at the same moment as Charging.
Ie. in a duel.


Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
The ability should grant 15 rage when used no matter if debuffs are applied.

Which kind of debuff? Don't really get what you trying to say. If I charge somebody and get like a curse or something I still do generate rage.
