The offhand "Skull of Imepnding Doom'' is currently bugged.
If you try to activate it, an error message appears saying : "You have no target."

But this item should be usable no matter what target is selected.

Use: Increase your run speed by 60% for 10 sec, but deals damage equal to 60% of your maximum health and drains 60% of your maximum mana over 10 seconds. (5 Min Cooldown)

This is a great PvP item, looking forward to using it.

No.

Fixed.

Can now be correctly casted.
Now drains 60% of health and mana from your current max health and mana. (This allows weird stuff like killing yourself with it)
