Quest [Raene's Cleansing] bug

I would like to inform you that quest [Raene's Cleansing] this buggy. I get the the key of mobs to open the chest, the chest no longer opens and I need the item bau to finish my quest.
no one will answer?

I tried this myself today, am pretty sure they removed the shaft from the game because they don't want us to turn into furbolgs. This isn't a funserver you see.

Nice, and from where did you get that info? As far as I know that quest is just bugged.
Try making a ticket and ask for your quest to be completed via command.
