Warriors! Spell Reflect and You

Spell reflect is a game breaking ability for any competitive warrior on any expansion, and this ability has been neglected, I have heard claims that it has been fixed, but there is still a 1 second delay before it works, which really fucks up with reactive abilities such as NS clone, backlash procs ect, and this issue really needs fixed ASAP, it is shown by the lack of warrior population on the server, plus charge still puts us through the ground ALOT. ( plus nerf sword and mace procs, with all other % proc abilities as abilities like impact are incredibly buggy)
