Hey hey,

So Mind numbing/Curse of tongues should only raise cast time by 60% but it also increase the GCD by 60% and iirc its not how it should work.

Every spell increasing spell casting times is supposed to increase GCD.

no, I've talked with Zat he said it was bugged for a while , they fixed it and now its bugged again.
+ I was LF some retail evidence and I watched Trig 2 Duels, second duel was vs a Rogue and with or w/o mind numbing the GCD was always the same and not Increased by 60% O.o.

Ok.

Haste has an impact on GCD so the spells which do the opposite of haste could be supposed to have an impact on GCD. This is what seemed legit.

But that's really simplifying it which makes me suspect you don't know the actual mechanics behind it

Mind numbing/Curse of tongues should affect to Global cooldown and Spell cast.
