Water Elementals (Maybe all pets?)

What is the bug?
When blinded (Not tested with other forms of movement-based cc eg: fear) the pet continues casting unimpeded
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)
Spell
How can you reproduce it?
Blinding the pet, whether or not it is casting. (Not 100% reproducable, however a fair majority of the time the pet will continue to cast.)
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens
The pet should be CC'd as normal, and should not be capable of casting.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning
If blinded whilst casting - It gains the Blind debuff, does not move as if blinded, it stands still whilst casting its nonsense.
If blinded whilst not casting - Typically works fine, however if the pet begins casting as the projectile for blind (Yes, it IS a projectile, invisible with a set delay time regardless of distance, look it up.) lands, it will act as previously described.
I had about 30+ duels where this has happened vs mages, it's kind of game-breaking, however not quite a priority to be fixed as it IS somewhat minor.
BUT THIS BREAKS MY DUELING STRATEGY QQ
