Intimidating Shout on Pets

What is the bug?
Intimidating Shout breaks early when pets aren't the main target IE: target player with it, aoe fears the pet(s), randomly breaks despite the pet not taking damage.

Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)

How can you reproduce it?
Target the player and cast Intimidating shout with the pet nearby so it gets hit.

Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
The pet should be feared for full duration or until it breaks from damage.

Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
The pet is feared for anywhere between 1 second and full duration, from what I've experienced its random when/how it happens regardless of damage done, which is typically none.
