What is the bug?

Kidney shot resisted 90% of the time, even without stun resist talents/meta/racial

Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)

How can you reproduce it?

Cast kidney shot with any number of points

Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:

The spell should land, instead it's resisted.

Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:

Already been described, if you cast kidney shot with any number of combo points, instead of stunning the target it's resisted ~90% of the time. Proof is on my stream I can link to a vod of multiple games where I literally didn't land a SINGLE one because of it.

And I feel like a moron because the vod isn't there. Reason being; stream wasn't broadcasting during the arenas or just wasn't recording because mediocre internet.
