Rare mobs

These mobs don't drop anything, almost every one of them ( no i haven't killed everyone of them ). Is it fixable or there's a reason for them not dropping anything.

World drops are fucked up here but it still drops, just that some kills will give empty loot. Hang in there it works :)

I can almost confirm that all drops from instances are blizzlike on low/epic items.
If we take Outlander's Facewrap as an example for world drop it seems right, just like that Skull-flame Shield and Arcane Bombs pattern.

I have been slaying Soriid around 50 times for Venomshroud Mask and still no drop (0.16%)
the only odd thing can be the amount of times he don't drop anything but i think it's right because Applez got it.

Tnx , i will continue, a little digression i don't see venomshroud mask in the loot table of Soriid tho.
