Hi there,

We still receive random fall damages even if it was "fixed" in 2011 according to the changelog : High damages in Alterac Valley, excessive ones in Outland (already died with a little jump in nagrand), etc.

There is another bug with Levitate not sure if this is also the case with mages Slow Fall didn't tested that.

What is the bug?
Cancel the Levitate effect in mid-air without receiving any falling damage at all.

Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)
I think spell issue.

How can you reproduce it?
Levitate from a high mountain for example: lumber mill to blacksmith then cancel the Levitate effect and you don't receive any falling damage at all..

Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
You should receive falling damage if you fall from that high.

Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
You don't receive any falling damage at all..

Exactly the same thing happens with the chromatic mount and the mage's buff.
Thus, is it really bugged ?

Random fall damaged was caused due to the old anticheat system which we haven't had in well over a year. Anything that you're complaining about would be nonexistent, or existent in every core. Well, at least TBC that is.
