Why do I se so many people running on a spot?

Since christmas there are so many plyers running in tanaris but not moving, just animated like they are running, is it me or something went terribly wrong?

No idea honestly. The only change I made to the server was to allow mall-flying auras at that time, and the Christmas event. Started happening then and I see no idea how that change would be related.

Try to shortly disable fly auras, and you will se it goes away, I'm betting my entire programing career I'm right.

a option could be to move the mall to Shattrah city and all problems solved (is neutral to both factions and you can fly), it's just not sunny, depresive cloudy.

To be honest with you, because of your weak connexion, you'll not see differences if the mall would be in shattrath.

And btw, it's obviously due to flying mounts, can we get back our honor if it has to be removed in player mall ?

Well if we were to transition the mall to Shattrath (which is unlikely just because it's a crappy area, too many effects going on, gloomy, big, and people can walk outside and start killing each other and GY farming) I would make a quest allowing you to turn in your flying token.
