[BUG] CC stacking

You can get every single CC that exists in the game one after the other and each will last full duration, so you can get easily a 45+ sec CC, they reduce the duration only if you cast the same CC twice in a row, but if you get like Sap > Fear > Blind > Hammer of Justice > Sleep one after the other you are going to be disabled for full 46sec.
They should reduce the duration like when you cast 2 same CC one after the other, like Sap, first is 10sec, second 6 sec, 3th 3sec (something like that) and 4th you are immune to it now.

Not sure I'm following you here, but only certain auras share dr with each other. As an example, psychic scream (fear) doesn't share dr with sap (incapacitate). So if you get sapped, then feared after, you'll sit in a chain for 18 secs. Fear does however share with blind (disorient), so that if a rogue were to blind you after the fear, the blind would only have a 5 sec duration instead of the full 10 sec.

It depends on the type of CC used. Try using cyclone followed by blind. When it comes to kidney shot, I think it's just a specific ability, if kidney shot shared DR with spells of other classes rogue would be kinda useless.

WoW Hotfix (2009-04-30): "Blind (Rogue) is now in the same diminishing returns category as Fear effects, but no longer shares diminishing returns with [Cyclone] (Druid)."

Oh yeah, that's right. Nerfed the comp because it was too retarded. Mixing it up with the harp/shadow era from back in s2.

Here on SF you can cast any CC after any CC and it will always have full duration, exeption is only if you cast the same exact CC twice in a row.
Go test it and you will se.

I'm talking about 10sec CCs, not rogues 5sec stun, but fear, blind, sap, sleep and so on.

Shared Diminishing Return Categories
With a proper rotation a player can be kept under crowd controll 'til the very end of this existence.
E.g. Cheap Shot, Kidney Shot, Freezing Trap, Fear, Mind Control, Bash, Cyclone and Sap in a row would result over 1min of CC. You could then repeat the rotation for another minute of CC. As many times you like.
