Mage t5, 2 set bonus (arcane blast +dmg)

The 2 parts set bonus increases both mana cost and damage of arcane blast by 20%.
Sometimes the damage bonus stops working, I'm not sure when it happens. I suspected death, however, quick test did not prove it.
Right now I just reequip the head part every respawn to make sure that it will work, this method generally works. I should also mention that I use only head and chest to get the bonus.

I have found the cause, the bonus stops working after using iceblock.

Fixed.

Ice Block will no longer remove positive passive auras.
