I want to report a bug which i believe gives quite an advantage for rogs vs any caster.
I found out that garrote does not have diminishing return.
This is in a great favour of the rogue as a class because 2 vanishesh with 2 garrote openers and if the rog is in swp gear u are pretty fuc*ed up. I would really appreciate your works as GMs if you could fix it.
