Recklessness bug

Warrior Ability: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=1719/recklessness is bugged you get a lot more crit than intended.

thats the cata/mop tooltip, tbc tooltip is 100% crit. he has 37% crit before the 100% is put on from reck thats why he has 137, its not bugged.
