1. Living action
Yesterday I had living action potion on me and I got stunned, shouldn't it provide immunity to it?
2. Spells not casting
When I player is about to die, and I cast a heal on him/her a milisecond before it dies he dosen't receive the heal but my heal does receive the CD, even if it was never cast on the target.
Happens a lot and it's pissing me off a lot.
3. Global cooldown
It's way longer then one second, I feel a huge difference in the speed it takes to cast different instant cast spells here and on retail, and my ping it's the same here and on retail, about 50ms.

1: Possibly bugged, not tested it myself
2: Probably due to client-server latency (They probably register the death 50ms before you)
3: GCD is 1.5s in 2.4.3 (lowerable with haste for casters)

But shouldn't then the server register that the player was already dead and send back some info that the player was already dead and not to trigger the cd?
because in 6 years on retail I also had tons of last milisecond heals and it never ever happend that I get a CD for a spell that didn't reach the target.
PS
In wich patch they changed GCD to 1sec?

Rogues and Ferals got a 1sec GCD in wrath, I know that much. Same with deathknights in Unholy presense.
The spell system in tbc works as follows:
1: Spell Checks (make sure player is not silenced, dead, immune etc) (GCD is triggered here)
+latency time
2: Spell Travel (Spell only travels at this stage, no calculations)
+latency time
3: Spell Effect (Impact) (Additional checks, eg immune, allive, etc)
So as you can see, if the player target dies between stage 1 and 3, you will still eat the GCD. This event is unlikely, but it can happen.

I'm not talking about GCD, but actual spell CD.
let's say I activate Nature's swiftness, and then cast healing touch but player dies between your steps 1-3 nature's swiftness is consumed and on CD.
same with paladins holy shock, 15sec CD.
I also played TBC on retail but as I said, this never happend, strange because here it happens every day 50 times, even if my ping is under 50ms
This event is unlikely
Couldn't disagree more

I didn't realise you were talking about CDs, I assumed you meant GCD. Some spells are set to be used on cast rather than spell end (it's an anti-exploit system). I might need to add Nature's Swiftness to the exception list.
