Fix it first. Only 2 Mp5 side of it works, the proc doesn't. Currently not worth getting.

I'm guessing it's due to the horrible mana efficiency of shamans. With how some shamans relic-swap constantly, I can see how they would feel this is beneficial. Not by much, but it's something.Exsurgo wrote:Fix is ready, just not live yet. Still don't see why anyone would want/need this.
