racial priest spell not working

hi, i have a problem with 2 of my spells.
for those who don't know priests have racial spells that you learn at trainers, so you don't have them automatically in your spellbook. the spells are desperate prayer (i never learned rank 1, wich is given by a quest i can't complete, so i can't learn all the other ranks) and chasiste. are there other priests who have the same prob?
can any gm pls fix this?...
