Turn Evil

Turn Evil, paladin spell, used to fear demons and undead, lasting 20 sec. As we all know in PvP situations this should be 10 sec max. Its somewhat gamebreaking to lose control of one's minion for 20 seconds. Screenshot below

no more pally nurfs, and I don;t think turn evil was affected by the 10 sec limit on players (as wasn't curse of tongues)

In PvP CoT lasts 12 sec and 30 sec in PvE. Its totally different matter.

Weren't there recently some major fixes for paladins?

Bringin up my post. This is a huge disagvantage for Demonology warlocks. Turn Evil has 30 sec cooldown and it lasts for 20 seconds, every single time. So basicly a paladin can keep a demon feared "eternally".

Hi Ricekrispies,

The school's spell is Holy (as we can imagine) and thus, there is not any resistance (spell penetration not needed as well).
I tried Turn Evil with a shockadin (80 spell hit rating) and warlock's pet resisted to this spell 70-80% of the time.

Btw I tried on sl, destru and sl/sl warlocks and it seems that's the same for all. (Lasts tests one week ago)
We can imagine that there is a bug for paladins and for warlocks.

Moo!

You should re-read my post. This report has nothing to do with resistances.

It would be more useful to resolv both bugs.

It's a whole different matter and in my opinion they should be dealt as such.

Hi,
I don't think so, this bug affects the same spell (imo) and it's a drawback for both classes.
Thus, it would be useful for a dev to see these two reports about a spell's malfunction in one thread instead of having two differents threads.
