What is the bug?
The quest taken in AQ40 from Andorgos for the Striker's Pauldrons can't be taken, because it's simply not there. Androgos gives quests for other classes' shoulder set pieces though, so it seems to be a problem with hunter piece only.

Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)

I should be able to take the quest, but I'm not.

I can't take the quest as a hunter.

maybe you cant farm tier2,5 content cuz its available for donation ?

thats maybe the reason..
(same like farming amani bear-> drop rate: 0%)


so im not rlly sure about the classification as a bug.

If you wouldn't mind reading my post... I've already said that the shoulders are available to other classes.
