Commander's Badge trinket not working.

Commander's Badge trinket not working.

Commander's Badge isn't working properly. Picture here of it going melee with full mana. A fix on this would be great so I can do some damage on ferals.

So the summoned pet is missing the arcane bolt spell. Should it spam the spell until out of mana?
