Remove Electro-Shock Therapy

This little effect/potion is gamebreaking.
For example, if the player applies poisons (Wound, Crippling Poison) - they will keep you in combat, therefore the other player gains a huge advantage (RvR).

why? its not even that gamebreakin.
and people did use it in retail aswell.
why not just set a consumable cap cuz i've seen people here that have so many buffs
that its beyond ridiculous.
ppl who stack :
rumsey rum
electro-shock
flask
pot
oil
Ward on chest
ward on shield ( wars shamans and palas)
foodbuffs
and the list goes on.
and this is ASIDE from your player buffs that you get in a bg group.

Yeah, because that's
so much simpler than just disabling it.
I didn't know it kept you in combat, but if so then yeah it should be removed.

My point was, that its just weird to bring up this "issue" while there is the big, fat elephant in the room.
