i don't really why but sometimes i can't dispell buffs from enemys. they appear with blue frame. here are some ss:

Yea, it's fkn annoying.

On warrior its only cause he have ?libram of justice?(dont remember hows named this shit,working same like totem of third wind-makes +x resillence when you get flash of light or smthg like that) and its undispellable,but sometimes its bugging dispel cause blocks any other spells(pretty annoying to spam 30 dispels without any success).

happens on friendly target.

I first noticed this bug the other day in Scarlet Citadel, with those weird blue highlighted buffs appearing. I will certainly add this to the current priority lists of bugs that I am trying to fix. (Does this occur in area?)

Do you think the libram buffs are the culprit?
