What is the bug?

Memento of Tyrande doesn't proc off healing over time spells.

Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)

How can you reproduce it?

Equip Memento of Tyrande trinket (trinket vendor, 10 badges of justice). Cast spells like: rejuvenation, lifebloom, renew. Tooltip says that each time you CAST A SPELL there is chance to gain 76 mp5. Trinket procs only off direct healing spells, for example Regrowth.

Spells like rejuvenation, lifebloom and renew should proc the effect of Memento of Tyrande trinket.

Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:

Healing over time spells simply don't proc the effect.

Currently all trinkets that should proc of periodic heals are bugged. This also includes the Shattered Sun healing pendant. After the more significant class bugs are fixed (fair sized backlog of fixes will be coming in soon), I will try and rewrite the necessary code to get these items to work.

That would be awesome since this item seems to be BiS resto trinket.

When will this backlog of fixes be implemented?
