Bugged and need help!

So here's what happened, after I've finished a bg and left it I was still feared, after I got out of fear my char ( Human male warrior nammed Bob) started rapidly running in mid air. I did an alt+f4 and after I logged back in it was the same, I've tried auto unstuck and summoning but nothing worked, I've tried several times. PLZ HELP!
