WSG Flag Debuff

What is the Bug? Flag debuff 50/100% damage debuff does NOT get removed when you capture the flag successfully.
How do I view this bug? Play WSG as horde, chances are you'll get 2x debuff before they leave the middle. Now cap the flag, you still have debuff until you die.
What's supposed to happen? You capture the flag, debuff is removed automatically. Thus, allowing speed bonuses and not getting one shot by a sneeze after objective of capture is met.
