Does this even works here? Because it barely procs on my SP, I don't think this works I never saw it proc of my DoT ticks.

I have tested this and it does work (with balance druid and holy paladin). It procs of direct damage and dots. Also note that it has an internal 45s CD (It can only proc at most once every 45s)

You don't know this by now? It does work and I'm slightly positive the CD doesn't exist on Smolderforge.

I tested the other day and did not get any chain procs (or any procs close to each other) so I can only assume the CD does work (at least after the core update)
