[TBC] Halazzi Crashing Server
Halazzi is spawning infinite Corrupted Lightning Totems again, crashing the server when he does so. I believe this bug existed previously, and was fixed.

Essentially we accidentally made it so BGs/Instances forgot how to count. That's why the buffs never went away and you could never do anything timed, or calculated.
