noticed one bugged, if anyone knows more please post them here

Harold's Rejuvenating Broach -( increases healing done by rejuvenation by up to 86. ) - doesn't increase

I just tested this and it does work. It only increases the healing of the entire Rejuvenation by 86 (not per tick). In other words it works but is and always was bad.
