Currently, the Sons of Hodir shoulder enchants are not available from the enchanting vendor. Since you are unable to complete the quest chain for rep with Sons of Hodir (the quest "Cold Hearted" does not work),.
Can Sons of Hodir shoulder enchants be added to the mall with the reputation requirement removed? This otherwise forces people to use Inscription as 1 profession for the best stat increase.
