My tanks frost presence seems not to be working as intended it gives all the bonuses but no the 8% stamina. :)

Try changing your through your first and second spec. Sometimes that fixes the bug the former had.

Also, this could be just me, but It feels like that the tps scaling in frost isn't working as it should be. The amount of threat generated while in frost seems to be far less than it was in Retail from what I remember.
