Fellsteel shield spike

Not sure if this is the same with any other Shield Spike, but the damge is around 15-20 while it says it should do 26-38.. That being said the damage is like the first tier Shield Spike that is availible.

My guess would be that it's affected by resilience.

I don't think it does, since resillience reduces DoT damage, Crit Damage and chances of being critically hit.
It shouldn't be affected by armor either also I've tested this vs AoE farming. That's where I got my results from, not PvP.

ahh, okay I didn't think they changed it from Tbc to Wotlk. Since it also reduces damage taken by a fixed amount.

I still use it bro! Haha. A lot of stuff I wanted to work properly isn't working properly, but I'm still using them and trying to get something out of it.
