What is the bug? White Tiger Cub is not considered non-combat Pet in PvE

Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Database.

How can you reproduce it? Summon the Cub.

Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: Everything in the vicinity is going to attack that cub (5k life, so splat very quick.) then you.

Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: To my knowledge non-combat pets are just that. They do nothing, they do not attack or get attacked. This is not the case.
