Witch doctor Bom'bay

I would like to get the Witch doctor Bom'bay in sen'jin village fixed. After have done the "Zalazane" quest you should be able to speak to him and get random buffs/skins etc.. And you still cant speak to him after have done the Zalazane quest so would appreciate if he got fixed!
