Spell - Stomp

When Brutallus uses stomp , its suppose to remove the 'Meteor Slash' effect from the target. (It currently doesn't).

Spell - Burn

Brutallus should not beable to use this spell on the tank. (It does, therefore wiping the raid)

You have this wrong.

Stomp is supposed to clear the Burn debuff.
Tanks can get the Burn debuff.
