The mobs doesn't drop anything. Even tho I have this item on the pic, which describes that it clearly should.
Hope you can fix this, it would be great! :)

This only works on silithid mobs in Silithus or AQ. That is old, Pre-TBC content which we do not support nor have the time or resources to even bother looking into at this time.
