I found out that the warrior talent anger management doesn't work.
Could you please fix this?

Hello Warziger,
Our developer Darkgroom tested all the warrior talents and fixed them I think he still needs to commit them. So they will be added in upcoming updates. He's going to fix every talent of every class. But to achieve this it will take him some time. Be patient and it will be fixed soon.

I have tested this talent and I am sure that it works correctly.
In your Combat log you can see that you get rage from this spell..
